Sandra Austoni is the owner of Chateau de Luz Olive Oil Company.  We did 13 three hour sessions on her beautiful property in De Luz, CA. Her ranch is full of beautiful plants, flowers, a large vegetable garden and of course olive trees.  Her products are the best quality. She won an award for one of the best olive oils in California!
